Service Description
This assessment procedure measures general cognitive function - the ability to think clearly and remember information. It will identify a person's strengths and also any areas in their thinking ability that they should monitor over the next few years. This assessment is suitable for monitoring cognitive health or disease progression OR for assessing decision making / testamentary capacity. Following assessment, feedback (in the form of a report or statement) outlining a person's current cognitive health status is provided. The fee for this assessment session, scoring and interpretation, and summary report is €350
